Is she throwing up immediately after food? What does the puke look like? Undigested food?

@Bron and Sheba (GA)
It was about 2 hours after supper..the first time +2.5 after she ate and had her insulin..it looked like hair in it so I’m thinking hairball..then about 20 minutes after the snack she threw up…around +6

Do you have any ondansetron or cerenia you can give her?
Maybe try giving her smaller snacks and see if she will keep that down.
Where are you up to in the cycle now?
Have you tested again after the 137?

I have no anti nausea medications. I just gave 1 tsp LC wet..she acted like she was starving. +6 BS was 137. +6.5 BS 150
She’s been playing and no other issues. @Bron and Sheba (GA) @Bandit's Mom @Diane Tyler's Mom

I will give small amounts as tolerated. Thank you! Do you have a preference on the anti nausea medication? I’m going to call vets office tomorrow and get prescription just in case I need it in the future. @Bron and Sheba (GA) @Bandit's Mom @Diane Tyler's Mom
I would ask for ondansetron (zofran). The vet may not have it and if not, get him to write a script and you can get it from the normal human pharmacy.
Failing that ask for cerenia.

So far Snuggles has kept down the 1tsp of LC wet I gave her at +6.5 and I gave 1 more tsp at +8…she acted like she was starving. Hopefully it was just hairballs. She gave herself a bath and is resting at the foot of the bed now. The little girl is tired. @Bron and Sheba (GA) @Diane Tyler's Mom

Sounds good ,poor baby probably was hungry and tired. As long as she keeps the +8 snack down she should be fine and you can go to bed. It's 3:30 AM right

Wel
In cats, the usual dose is 0.11 mg per pound (0.22 mg/kg) every 8 to 12 hours.
Here are a couple of links to ondansetron

well..the vet will not prescribe any anti nausea medication..they said if she continues to vomit she will need to be seen and have a full work up and may need her insulin dose changed. @Bron and Sheba (GA)

How is she this morning?
Eating?
Any more vomiting ?
She’s fine..everything is normal with her. She’s eating good, no more vomiting. I have been giving her smaller portions and stretched them out. I’m hoping it was just hairballs since I did see a little fur the first time she vomited. Is there any anti nausea medications I can get OTC just to keep on hand? @Bron and Sheba (GA)
