Greetings! Another tough week for this mommabean ahead.....hoping to figure out at least one day that I can come home to test him, we shall see.

Today's lunch will be filled by getting a cavity filled, yippee! :nailbiting: I am not a fan of the dentist, but he did have a pretty funny joke. He told me the cavity was so small I wouldn't need Novocain. He is such a hoot!

Skooter is doing just swell this morning. After I heard him trying to get into the baked Cheetos around 1 or 2 am.....Seriously there needs to be a support group or something for him :banghead:

I hope all those going to tbp survive and sending healing vines to all the sweet, sweet kitties, their fur and human siblings and their mommas and daddys
 
Nice start for Skooter today. I hope tbp goes by quickly for you. It sounds like you need to lock the Cheetos in a tupperware container or something so he can't smell them. LOL.
 
Skooter, what's a cheeto? Does it taste like chicken? I stand up and try to swipe chicken off people's forks. And mom has to lock me away when she does chicken treats at bedtime for everyone else. I can move fast! It's not that bad. I get my treats in the bathroom....Polly

Now Mikey, let's not encourage bad behavior! Skooter takes care of that all on his own. How sad, here I sit after waking up from a 4 hour nap (let's hope I can get back to sleep), with a bag of baked Cheetos under my blanket, trying to sneak them. And no, sadly I am not over reacting by eating them this way lolol

I now consider myself somewhat of a bad ass as I had my cavity filled with NO NOVOCAIN!! Can't really say if that is something I would do again, but it sure felt weird leaving the office without a numb mouth and having work done! Since I fell asleep when I got home, baked Cheetos be my dinner before going back to bed lololol

You mean I've been a bad ass all these years and didn't know it? My dentist used to fill my cavities without novacaine because he said I hollered more about the shot than the drill!!! Needless to say, I eventually stopped complaining about the shot! :stop:

Skooter, you are looking great again tonight. I hope you haven't lured Cinco into the lagoon while we have been gone. If he's there with you, please keep an eye on him till we get home.:joyful::D
 
I think it is official, Skooter has decided to change his nadir from the +3 and +4 that I have been used to, which has helped me to get some sleep at night, to later in his cycle.....oh well.....good thing he is cute and snuggly (except for when I have to eat my baked Cheetos in secret, in my own house) lol


Even though he is coming down some, it is on the edge of the 20% meter variance and with the snow we are apparently getting tomorrow and the fact I have to do my metabolic testing tomorrow with my new trainer, off to bed I go....dear, adorable Skooterman - please don't go too much lower tonight so momma can rest easy...

@Tricia & Cinco I would like to say that Skooter has not lured Cinco into the lagoon, but as I am learning, Skooter really never listens to me anyways, so.....but Cinco, maybe you will listen to your auntie....no lagoon diving for you tonight, mister! And Skooter, if you got him to join you, you best keep a watchful eye on him!

I am not sure I would ever do it again, but in this case, because it was so small, I think the pain of injecting the Novocain would have been worse, so...
