We are on our 2nd day of 0.75u, increased from 0.5u that she was on for a week.

The +5 was unsettling. Purrl is not one to vomit. She is a VORACIOUS and quick eater, always has been. To slow her down some, I have been putting her chunks in a coffee cup placed on its side on her plate so she has to dig them out.

At about +4.75 she was licking lips and showing signs of nausea. This is not typical at all. She vomited 3 times in quick succession. First was white foam with a piece of undigested breakfast, then her treat and a bit of bile from the +3.25 test, then finally a bit of bile.

I cleaned up, then we tested her and she was 307. I waited a few more minutes and gave her about a tsp of l/c canned. She seems "over" it, and fine now. I will give her another tsp of food in a bit.

I've scanned through some threads, and it seems there's more nausea when they are in lower numbers than Purrl. Would anyone have any insight?

Sorry about the vomiting. I would not ci spider her to be in lower numbers and have not seen more vomiting in lower numbers. Have you changed what you feed her?

I know Purrl's not in lower numbers, I was meaning the nausea posts I read seemed to be with cats having lower numbers than Purrl. Her diet has not changed.

From my experience lower numbers does not cause vomiting. Max got very hungry. I think it can happen if fed a lot of hc or honey or Karo though.
