Yeah, I'm with Paula. As I read it, the SLGS suggests a.25u increase when the nadirs are over 150 after a week on a dose

Maxy is doing alright! He's more active, seems brighter, and his neuropathy seems to be improving!

I upped to 5.25...giving his ears a break tonight and will do a curve tomorrow. Would you guys recommend testing every 3 hours or every 4?

We go up 0.5 units when hitting 5 units. But now that you have gone up 0.25 units, I would stick with it, as he did see some green on this dose.
