Hi everyone,
Jackson has been doing great on the one drop dose, and his last six cycles, he's been in the 70s at preshot.
My question for the "experts" -- I'm guessing that an OTJ trial is the next step, but my question is how to know when it's time in terms of having the most successful trial and being best for Jack's future health? I'm not in a huge rush if there would be benefit to waiting. I kind of had it in my mind that I'd like to see him at numbers well below 100 (like 75-ish) with 1 drop dose for a week or so, but that's just what seems good to me.
For the last few days, I've been giving him a snack at +9ish, and it seems to be helping, though last night, I gave it at +6 because I knew I wasn't going to be able to get up at +9 and it didn't seem to make much of a difference...still a nice AMPS.
Jack seems to be feeling great -- super affectionate (more so than pre-diabetes!) and happy and playful. I will post a pic of him one of these days so you can see what a handsome boy he is.
Thanks again for all the support!
