His number seem to be regularly higher in the evening then in the morning now

Is there any possibility of your getting any spot checks in addition to your pre-shot tests. There's no way to know if Mini needs a dose increase without those tests. The PMPS is not higher than your AMPS if you factor in meter variance. You really, really need spot checks.
