Yesterday's Surfer Dude Condo

Another day, another green surf. Ho hum! ;):D:D:D I could get used to this! Cinco is very vocal today, which keeps making me think he's dropping, but he's just feeling good and wants attention. Fine by me, but it's tough to get anything done when I have to keep stopping to go rub on the cat! :rolleyes:

Minka was less than enthused about her breakfast this morning, but did eat a few bites. A second flavor met with slightly more favor, but still not CPC. I'm going to take her some lunch shortly and see if I can get her to eat a little more. She could have some Mirtz, but I'm trying to avoid it today since we will be out for dinner and cards tonight.

Harvey threw up overnight. It didn't affect his appy this morning, though. I don't think he was thrilled with the entree choice, because he only ate half of his second serving and kept following me around, hoping I'd give him something different. No dice, Buddy.

Sasha ate half her breakfast on the first go around and has been nibbling on the rest.

The sun keeps peeking through the clouds. I think the light rain continued through the night, as everything was still wet when I got up, but it hasn't rained since at least 9 am. A break is nice, but I hope we get some more. There is no other system on the radar after this group passes through.

DH wants to do a Costco run, so I'd better go get in the shower.

Thanks for visiting, Carla, Elise, Serryn, Amy, Ella and Wendy. That PMPS was low enough to make me happy and high enough to make me feel okay leaving him. Otto, of course was ready to go. Cinco seems to have surfed blue while we were gone - maybe aided by the 8% I left him, which was all gone when we got home.

Sasha's appy, which was so-so when we left, returned as soon as I put the plate down in front of her when we got home. She ate two helpings! :)

Minka wouldn't eat more than a lick or two until after her fluids. Then she cleaned her plate. I guess torture makes her hungry. It was a VERY bad fluids night - I had to stick her three times because I have trouble getting enough skin and end up going all the way through - heck, I have trouble FINDING the skin with all that fur. I hurt her with one stick and she cried. I felt HORRIBLE. :( She's so forgiving, she purred and gave me a kiss after her snack.

Harvey is going from plate to plate, cleaning up the leftovers from the food we gave them when we left. Don't know why he didn't do that while we were gone! :rolleyes:

I'm always wound up after the drive home, during which I struggle to stay awake so I can keep Mark awake! Now he's off to bed and I'm too wound up to sleep! Gonna play some computer games and maybe have an adult beverage before I try to turn in. May sneak in one more test, too.
