Well, weird night in the 300s and back in the 200s. I will scan her again before I leave and will not worry all day like I did yesterday at work.

Her behavior is so much better lately... out and about. Alert and wanting to be around. For a few weeks she was off on her own. I know healing from UTI, plus multiple vet visits, etc.

So it is good to see her wide-eyed and booting around. She is next to me right now. Love it.

p.s. looked at some SS of others and some look just like mine - all over. Others are all green and blue. I like blue. That is where I feel most comfortable.

I know you won't believe this but that alertness and playfulness may be because of being in better numbers. And you will one day soon learn to embrace the greens, that is when the healing of the pancreas happens. You are doing a wonderful job, Feline Diabetes has a very steep learning curve so hang in there and give all the love you can to Miss Tootsie!!!

she ran to the door to me today and I almost cried. First time in weeks and weeks!! She's so much better and I do think the numbers are better and helping her. I'm starting to finally understand and this board has been a huge part of it. I can't thank you so enough. Hopefully I can help someone else down the line too.
