Crazy day, yesterday was. Started out at a nice blue, soared to nearly the alpha zone and came back down to stinky pinkys. :roll: :roll: :roll: The good news is that appy is good. I didn't give any cyproheptadine this morning. We'll see if the appy holds up. Zener had a very brief picnic and now he and Tillie are sleeping on the bed with Annebean.

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans. Happy Fursday, LL!

Yo Z Man. Statin' out on the Red Team, but I think you'll be finishin' up practice on one of the other teams. We'll get a late start today because we have to clear the snow off the ice. Se ya later.

Now Zener, it would perfect if you could slide and surf in a different color... like blue?

That's awesome on the appy!! :-D Now Zener just needs to do one of his famous slides ;-) I hope you guys can work out the new meds/bounces/BG/dosing. Do you feel like you should go btb, with everyone else sleeping? I'd think so :lol: I hope your day goes good!

Thanks all for stopping by to cheer on our Zener! It is the first time in weeks and weeks, appy has been happy without even a sliver of cypro. :cool: The Budesonide must be kicking in to increase appy and in general, he seems to feel more comfortable than in quite awhile. We aren't liking the numbers much but need to wait out a few more cycles to see if this could be bounce behavior, and if not, then we will start adjusting the insulin up. Budesonide can affect BG numbers. Patient pants on.

Night duty bean, that's me, is off again tomorrow for another sports event - wheelchair rugby in Phoenix. This time, I am only gone for two darks and it's the weekend so that helps BIC MamaLizBean since she doesn't have to work. We have 2-4" of snow in the forecast overnight, so it could be an exciting ride down the hill for the first 45 minutes or so. :shock:

great to hear Zener's appy was good today! we all know how important that is for our little buddy.

Very happy to hear the Zener ate better and that he is feeling better. We pray that his appetite continues to improve.
