She's getting too comfortable with 0.5U... Everytime we went down to 0.25U, she will need to go back to 0.5U again after a while...

I wonder if some of that is inconsistency in dosing? Although now I think you are checking syringes for zero errors before drawing the dose?

Yup, I'm already checking for zero errors before drawing the dose. Most probably still not that accurate since it's measured by eye level...
