Niko's Mom

It never hurts to have a backup meter for a reality check. Meters don’t often go bad, from what I’ve seen here and in real life, but it’s nice to rule out that variable.
Has Niko had any meds recently (Solensia injection, for example, or flea/tick meds) or has anything changed in your home? (burning candles, different detergent, spraying for bugs, exposure to essential oils, etc etc)
Did Niko show any signs of pain or confusion when the potential seizure occurred?
we do have 2 meters but for some reason we didn’t think to double check the 180. It is very possible he could’ve been well below that and the meter was weird.
no injections for Niko since his steroids prior to his diagnosis. He had flea medication administered last summer after getting fleas (the oral pill and the gel). We put that on him up until December. I think I read that flea meds can cause feline hyperesthesia - he had a couple of days where he was scratching and shaking his head but that was back in December. Ear mites have been ruled out numerous times at the vet.
no new sprays or detergents, I don’t think. Maybe besides my perfume? About 10 days ago I put a feliway diffuser in the house but he never reacted that way before, I’ve had them a couple times in the home.
He made no sound during the seizure, just freaking out a little bit and trying to wobble away. He seemed confused during it and for a few seconds afterwards, then returned to normal as we gave him food.
