Yesterday, more of same, blue start, short visit to yellow, then back to blues.

So close last night, but Neko is sticking to the shore for the time being. She seems to be walking a little easier today - I think yesterday's cartrophen shot in combo with acupuncture earlier this week is helping. She came in the bathroom several times to check out how things were going while I was taking a shower. I got a little foot lick as I was toweling off.

It's a stormy day here, which means winds in addition to rain. I've cleared some tree residue off the lawn once already. Excavator guy carries on, quite the mud pit out back. We now have a better view of it, as they took out what we called the Horrible Hedge (very poorly cut cedars). They are going to replace it so should get our privacy back.

We have the wind and rain here, too. More wind than rain, but we'll take what we can get. That excavator guy is a tough cookie! Well, the more he works, the soon it gets done, right?

Neko, Cinco's surfing today in the lagoon. Why don't you put on your water wings and join him? He loves company! Plus, you can keep an eye out for sharks.

I've got construction going on here as well as they are building a big complex on my street that has taken away my nice view of trees. A real pain for me but Max doesn't seem to mind I guess because of his hearing. Now I would think the hammering in the unit below me would bother him but I can't tell. Maybe Neko will get used to it.

A girl could really go places from here

Very cute on the foot lick. When Vyktor was little he couldn't bear to be parted from me so I had to shower with the door open and he'd come in and do laps around the edge of the shower. Then he'd want to lick my legs dry but he had such a sand paper tongue back then!

Still on shore, but I can't complain. I do like a good blue surf.

@ Tricia, Elise, Carla, Marilyn, Laura, Serryn, Ella - She's not budging so looks like tomorrows smidge increase will be on. We did have some breaks in the rain, and Neko went out for a bit. She even ventured away from the door and got her belly wet. Before FD, Neko used to really go for a naked shin, sometimes including a ticklish love bit. I much prefer a gentle lick! @Ella & Rusty & Stu(GA) - going to have to make sure my toes are presentable soon, a little over 3 weeks until we are back on the water.
