Yes I just saw it last night, Sorry I Haven't been on and when I tried to get on earlier I kept getting a server message.
I asked my vet if I should increase and she said to give it a little longer with a more regular food schedule first and see how he does before increasing again.
So since his numbers are a little lower now and my breaks/time at home is different, I thought I'd see how he does a few more days before upping him.
In regards to my TrueTest strips. I am going crazy!
This is the 2nd day in a row I have had problems getting E-5 error messages.
Yesterday at my lunch break I used 5-6 strips and kept getting the message, so I gave up, hence no midday test yesterday.
So last night, when I tested I got it on the first try for his PMPS no problems at all.
I do my tests ALL the same every time.
Then tonight I was trying to get a +4 (this after a Pmps with no problems) and went through 7 strips. ALL E-5 errors...
At this point on both days I had to give up. Moo was getting VERY fiesty and unhappy and was squirting blood everywhere when he'd shake his head.
What should I do? I feel like I'm just throwing away money every time this happens!!
That's another reason I stop after 5-7 strips! These things ARENT cheap!
Any tips??

I use a Relion Confirm which only takes a very small drop of blood but I sometimes get the not enough blood error or sometimes the strip doesn't suck up the blood.
If there's enough blood on the strip - usually if it hasn't been sucked up - I switch out the strips and get the blood from the old strip - so I don't have to re-poke.
I know some users put the blood drop on their finger nail first and then touch the strip to that.
