Cosmo safely earned a reduction overnight and surfed the lagoon for a few hours

I just noticed that our meter is low battery, so either we need to pick up a new meter or some batteries today sometime - whichever is cheaper

We got 5 cycles out of 2.5 dose before going down to 2.25 this am. Hopefully not too fast on the reductions So far he is holding them

FWIW, I keep an extra battery in my meter case. Marje recently mentioned to someone to keep an extra meter of the same brand on hand too...I think I'm going to pick one up next time I get strips. Just a thought in case you all are out and about the town meter shopping

Looking good Cosmo.

Always have a spare meter and battery around. Heard too many funny stories why. Meter going in microwave instead of rice sock, cat tail flicking meter into fountain, you get the idea. Never overestimate a sleep deprived brain.

We do have a spare meter, but looks like those batteries are dead too. It was Elie’s old meter from almost 10 years ago.

Depending on what strips you have and where you buy them, I’d look into whether you can get a free meter with purchase of more strips. Some pharmacies do that around me.
