I'm waiting for the vet to review the spreadsheet and let me know if we can / should increase the dose by half a unit. Flat mostly yellow numbers are fine but I want to see more blue PS numbers.

Is it possible to get more mid-cycle tests to see how low he's going?

Based on the tests you have, it does look like he needs an increase. With nadirs below 200, we increase in multiples of 0.25u so you would go up to 1.25U.

I can't do day mid cycle tests during the week because of work. Working from home is not an option with what I do. I can do more PM mid cycle tests but numbers are going to be somewhat affected by the budesonide.

Vet says to go to 1.5 units. I might start that this weekend when I can monitor.

Vets don't usually think in terms of 0.25 unit changes. But with getting down to at least the 130's, a 25% increase might be better than a 50% increase. Especially if you'll be back at work when the depot fills up.

The vet trusts my judgement so if I dose 1.25 units instead he's ok with it.

Does anyone know if 3/10cc syringes with half unit markings and 1/2 inch needles exist? The 1/2 inch needles work best for Leroy's weird skin.
