Rose has been green all day w/ NS. I am not able to stay up tonight, and need to determine dose for tomorrow.

What is a reasonable conservative position?

 
Can you get a +11 test and post for advice? She could still zoom up in the next 6-7 hours.

Rosie is now at 140. Only LC food during the day. She stayed green until +9 when she started a slight rise.

I'm afraid to shoot especially when we know she goes lower overnight.
 
Did you get a nap in today? I understand you're being afraid, especially after last night and being sleep deprived. Were you thinking of a BCS? I do not have experience with highish dose kitties, but I would think 5.0 would be her next dose after last night. A BCS tonight if you need sleep are totally understandable.

Thanks. I did sleep for a couple hours. I don't think I can do 5. I think I could do 4, but I'm still afraid.
 
I'm glad you shot at least 4. She'll probably continue to go up. There's got to be a bounce in there at some point. But I totally understand you being nervous and exhausted after last night.

How is Rosie handling it all?
