Number are high - But I am changing his food out. Will move his food over another 1/8 tonight.

Tonight's plan is to watch his BG close and head off any large drops. Rex was so use to high BG numbers that I think even the blue range is a shock for him.
Will need to ease into blue. First goal is to get him into the yellow and keep him there.

I know you are changing foods but the DM isn't that much on carbs. I think Rex needs a dose increase. When he got down I to those lovely greens, it didn't take him this long to clear the bounce.

If you are nervous about increasing, you could give him two more cycles to see if he clears but I think he's got room for more insulin...

Tonight's objective is to control the amount and rate of Rex's BG drop after his shot.

My plan is to avoid or at least minimize any bounce that Rex normally experiences when he drops so much and so fast.
