How wonderful...you had a live catskin hat (instead of coonskin) to keep you warm!! They say we lose heat out of the top of our head, so having a cat up there should have meant you were nice and toasty warm all night!

Come on and work that juice Mary Grace!! There's nothing on that floor to be excited about..all the action is on the lower floors!

Hope you get some more blues today!

Hi Angela, Devon and Chris- thanks for the visits. :lol: on the cat hat joke, Chris. Yes, my baby was purring up a storm and with the occasional biscuit being made in my head, I couldn't have been happier. And my civvies at my feet. I guess that means I must roll around a lot while I sleep cuz they are leaving the sides clear :lol:
I am so happy she wasn't too high tonight like she has been. I am hoping for some blue surfing tonight!

OT: one of my neighbors indoor/ outdoor cats, named monkey has been gone for almost five days, which has never happened. Please send monkey some safety vines.

sending monkey the best vibes for being safe! hopefully s/he is just holed up somewhere warm and someone is putting out food.

i'm amazed you could sleep surrounded by kitty-ness! well done!

Sending come home vines for Monkey. My cousin lost her cat named Monkey this fall - for 4 months! Much buffer when he came home. :shock:
 
Hey Julie and Wendy! Great news about monkey, she found him at the shelter. He has been there the last few days, I wonder why they didn't check his microchip? And he scratched the lady who brought him in so he is in quarantine until Monday, even tough she can prove he is up to date with shots. She's so bummed they wouldn't even let her hold him. But he is safe!!!!! :-D :-D :-D :-D
And Mary is surfing so well tonight, she also joined in on some interactive play time with her civvies and a fury thing on a stick. Until my arm got tired........ Then they just carried it around with the long stick being drug around :lol: her brothers have missed the feeling better Mary, she's been so grouchy with them since dx.

yippee! nothing better than hearing that a wandering cat has been found by its people!

my cousin's 2 kittens drag their wand around. one gets on the bed with it and the other one bats it from the floor. how great is that arrangement!?! :lol:
 
That great news on Monkey. The shelter I worked at, we'd be very happy to send a scratching cat home with it's owner ASAP. :lol:

Mary Grace is doing fantastic - love how playful she's become. :cool:
