Good Morning LL!!
(YUM! Elsa outdid herself this morning: PRIMO!), and Happy Wacky Wednesday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! GUESS WHAT! Today is WACKY WEDNESDAY!!! Just like every Wednesday Lola and Bug SWEAR that it won't be wacky pizzas, just wacky Wednesday. Whatever that means.... The whack-a-thon marathons continue. Excellent pizzas to the best whacker! OH!!! Big parade in the city today for our really cool football team. Lola nd Bug have decided to set up a pizza stand for all the folks. HUH? Are they nuts???? They say it will be funs.... we may have to all go there and help out some. Thye will be so busy...... so... well... Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espressos, with beans from Starbucks Pike Place Market, their original blend, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a venti quad peppermint white chocolate mocha, with peppermint infused whip, garnished with peppermint candy chips and white chocolate shavings... It's Christmas! We have to have peppermint! ....SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of mint and vanilla and cimmamum swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with peppermint chips and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts always on the menu!
I hope everyone had a great Tuesday, that the was been a good one. I accomplished alot. Well fun stuff! Dentist was done and all went well. My friend couldn't meet for our usual Tuesday afternoon coffee get-together so I decided on a whim to just visit the city, walk the city streets, and see what was new. Really fun time, despite the cold temps. Here';s what I wrote last night about the day: "Hi everyone! I hope you had a great day. We are cold, maybe 32, feels like 22, and down to 21 tonight. We have joined the ranks of cold. We even had a few flurries today. such excitement. LOL! The clearing we were supposed to get never did show, instead we got white flaky stuff, for maybe 15 minutes. ;-) I survived dentist, a routine cleaning. and All is well. I have a very small cavity (BUMMER!) that they want to fix, so I will do that on Monday. oh fun.... AFter that, I toured the city. That was fun. COLD, but fun. The winds picked up so I am sure it was in the 20's, but I walked the city anyways. As long as one keeps moving it isn't too bad. I toured Freeway Park. Not many people there at all. And the ones that were there looked like Eskimos. HAHA. Went to Pike Place Market after that, spent alot of time there. It is such a fun place. Watched alot of bakeries doing their thing, loved the aroma of fresh baked bread. Beechers was hard at work making cheese. Love that place too. You can actually watch them make a batch. I'm not too sure what kind it was: a white soft cheese, which they cut into large blocks. Smelled wonderful. Not too many veggie stands... understandable i guess in the dead of winter. The fish guys were busy doing their thing. Sure was a fun time. About 1PM was was frozen solid, so came home. LOVED me day at Freeway Park & Pike Place Market!. I'm still trying to warm up. HAHA. Loved the day! There are big plans for the city tomorrow. Alot of folks are talking about the Seahawk festivities: a city long parade, with a gathering at the stadium afterwards. It's nice to read that all the transit companies, including light rail, are adding extra service just to get people into town. I hope they use it, otherwise parking and driving will be awful  ... Ought to be a outstanding day in Seattle tomorrow.

Normalcy in MusketeerVille!
Elsa's whack-a-thons are still on the menu - again over her fuds bowl. Bug and Lola wanted some of hers, and she told him no way was she sharing. WHACKS to both of them!  You would think they'd learn.... But I do love how Elsa is asserting herself. There were times when she would just back off, let the others have their way, Lola decided yesterday that it was a good idea to go back to attacking my feet when I walked by... always after the pass, and she gets my heels. I thought we were done with that....Guess not! AIYEE!!! We had a day full of pounding from her: the glass, the shower door, thee sliders, the shower curtain... pound pound pound. Silly cat! Just another case of Normalcy in MusketeerVille!
This is for all you old timers, all of you that knew Mannie, and his efforts at being the LL Social Director. I love the Pike Place Market here in Seattle. It was also one of the places Mannie took the kitties to for some of their adventures. One of the most popular ones for all our kitties was the cheese factory at Beechers. I stopped by there yesterday, and had that moment, when I remembered all the fun the kitties had with those cheese vats... so - for all you that remember when:

Mannie, hard at work, making sure the cheese was just so!
Have a great day everyone. I am back on Nicholas and William duty today. Nicholas and I are off to swim this morning, while William spends that time at the other grandparents. We are due for some very cold weather, down into the 20's, so I am sure that after the pool it will be an indoor day for the boys. We shall see... I hate to keep them in if it is sunny.... I will try and get to condos when I can....
