Lolly OJT Day 4 AMBG/82, PMBG/89
Thanks everyone for your well wishes!
Lolly's still doing great!

She looks better every day; her fur is back to sleek, she's so much more alert again. AMBG/70, PMBG/65 And I'm weaning myself off testing-- beginning to trust the numbers.
Everyday now the DH and I are more and more amazed at our feline's new carb-free behavior. Today DH called me at work: "Mickey brought me a mouse while I was on the couch" (Not a real one this time ) as if this were a revelation- which it was for Mickey!
Lolly still bats at anyone who gets in her way-- but the hissing is subsiding, and the bats do not include claws. I took BJ's advice and wear them down with "Da Bird", the best toy ever for cats and their beans. I'm going to have to spend at least a half hour a day playing now... or at least until they "stabilize"
Every day amazes, and every day I want to kick myself for all that rotten food I fed them. Lolly's brother Mickey has always been a lump (even in his salad days), now he's bringing everyone mouses and jumped 2 ft high after Da Bird tonight. Lolly will never deign to jump for an object dangled by a bean, but she has started batting at it on her back with all her paws in the air! I haven't seen that in a long time. I could go on about the others, but suffice it to say, that a lot of previously safe stuff continues to get thrown into what used to be our study.
