? 2/5 Ember AMPS 422, +10 354 Keep holding or increase?

Hi all! We did our first dose hold this past week since Ember had a couple greens and some blues the previous week, but this week we've been back up mostly stuck in reds and pinks. Am I supposed to keep holding or start increasing again? I usually do a curve (or at least a partial curve) on Thursdays, but I had to work today, so I only got a +10.
