Hungry boy this morning! Apparently, Herbie wasn't getting the job done, so Willie had to tag in! Wake-up calls began at 4am, with the bean NOT amused. Such beautiful cycles yesterday!

A bit about my exciting/crazy day.... Made myself go to the gym last night for a 4 mile jog (tho walked the third mile), then stopped by Walmart for cat food and to look at baby clothes as my DB and DSIL learned late yesterday that they are having twin boys!! She's in her second trimester and this is their second ultrasound.... it was quite a shocker, but we're all thrilled (and happy to have an explanation for the rough time she's been having!). Also scored an awesome gift for my godsons for Christmas. Can't believe it's February and I'm already started! My DS had her interview yesterday and it went very well... she hadn't even made it home and they called and scheduled her to for another interview on Tuesday. Of course, good news never seems to last for her... she called me in panic b/c she had been an innocent witness to a really bad situation, and despite barely knowing the people involved, the police had coerced her into taking responsibility for their two year old son allegedly for the night, but possibly longer. Personally, I think the scare was good for her... a reminder that the lifestyle she's surrounding herself with will get her nowhere. Kitties kept me company on the sofa while I handled all of that.

This morning, going to head to weight watchers, then take Herbie to the vet, then to yoga and pilates (just me, Herbie gets to stay home! :lol: :lol: :lol: ), then I think it might be nap time!

Exciting news for your DB and DSIL - wow: twins! That is realt great. I hope too that all works out OK for your DS.

Herbie, you have a good vetty appt, and I am sorry you can't go to yoga with your bean. You'll have more fun at home, truly. Ask Willie, he will tell you.

Good vetty vines for Herbie! Just a checkup? I am woefully behind on condos! Do they join you in yoga exercises at home? :lol: :lol:

They have actually been known to "help" me with my yoga practice. :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll: because I'm not clumsy enough!

We're back from the vet. Was supposed to be a booster shot of her Feline Leukemia vaccine, but with her persistent cough, we're holding off and trying a round of clavamox to see if it helps. She's currently snuggled in her little princess bed upstairs while Willie is snoozing on the loveseat. Off to workout!!

Congrats on the twins. Yay! Good news on DS interview. I hope it all works out for her. Great job on the running, yoga, Pilates. You are definitely a role model. My running has been lacking but I need to get my rear in gear since we have a 5 K in a month.
