Dosecrease is ON for tonight. I probably should have done it this morning, but I do have to go to work, even though I doubt anyone will venture out for beads today.

I really am curious about Wellness batches and her numbers. I really wish I noted on her SS when I started this case, and I will definitely do that next time. This case, even though it is USA 5.5oz, is actually very similar in color, smell, and texture to the little 3oz Canadian can I tried a week or so ago. (I think I've gotten a little TOO familiar with cat food :roll: :lol: !)I can tell it's different from the last batch of 5.50z cans by the smell, and by how Trix and Frankie both react to it. Frankie actually loves this batch - she's CPCing right off the bat, whereas the last case she wasn't CPCing very often at all - she was barely touching the surface. Trix, on the other hand is requiring extra FortiFlora to CPC. But, at least she does CPC, and does so within about 20-30 minutes of being served.

Wintry mix on the docket for tonight. This weather is frustrating me. FD is frustrating me. Wellness is frustrating me. I have to go to work instead of staying home with my kitties. I am one cranky bean!!!

I so agree on the fuds thing... I can remember opening cans of Wellness, some other brands too, to have one can be different from the one I opened the day before. BJ and Elsa didn't like it. Mannie being the hoover that he was never cared. He was always mr nom nom nom. I'm with you, at least Trixie CPC's, fontiflora or not. Good girl!

I will hope your weather improves. It has to be frustrating, from the work aspect.

Good luck with the dosecrease tonight. I hope it brings more greens. I hope you get some customers today. Be careful out in the messy weather.

Morning Amy! I think I'm doing a dosecrease tonight too, we are matching :-D I hope it brings Trixie (and Chyna) back down to the lagoon!

For the fuds, I'm sorry how frustrated you are :sad: I know you probably have tried them, but I find the Ziwipeak Lamb and the Natures Variety fuds I've bought seem very consistant, well, in looks and smell anyways, I haven't tried eating them :lol: . I have to special order online and they can be a little more pricey but figured I'd mention it...I have a few places I order from in Canada that send by the can instead of the case and I think they ship to the US but I'd have to check. They're decent for phos. Let me know if you're interested :-D

Oh Amy, you need spring, sunshine and warmth! This winter has been very rough on my NJ family/friends.

I send you vines for a batch of food that Trixie loooves, and some lovely spring green numbers!

Hi Amy!!! Long time, no talk. I'm glad to see you and Trixie still on the board. Good luck on your increase tonight. I can't really comment on the numbers, because they look good to me compared to Bob's, but I guess in the scheme of things, it's still high! :smile:

You know, I'm going to have to go back to your previous posts about the wellness. I guess I never really thought about it, but sometimes the kitties leave it all and sometimes they eat it all. I wonder if it has to do with what you are talking about. Hector will eat anything so if he leaves it, it must taste pretty icky. Interesting.... well, I hope you can find a solution for Trixie. I'll never know why these diabetic cats are so picky. Everyone else's animals are like garbage disposals.

Thank you, sweet Elsa - your wonderful brews helped tremendously!!!

I went through with the dosecrease....we are back up to 3.25. What can ya do?? Crazy FD.....

The weather for tonight into tomorrow is sounding pretty wicked...snow followed by ice followed by rain. Ugh...that's all I'm gonna say....
 
It's a good thing not to say any more :lol: Too bad you won't have all snow.

I bought 2 cases of Canadian Wellness in Plattsburgh today. I have never noticed much variation between lots. Rusty likes it, but his real favorite is FF T&G. I put half Wellness and half FF T&G in his bowl, but not mixed together.
