Good afternoon and Happy Friday. I've been having computer problems this morning....this is the 4th time I've typed my condo so sorry for the lateness. I have errands to run, too, so my day is getting off to a slow start.
Sending many healing vines and prayers to Rocket and Whiskers and their beans. We hold you close in our thoughts and hearts.
WCR: 5Ps in place. Lovely cycle yesterday a.m. for Gracie as she broke through her bounce. We had to give her a little sumpin' about +9/9.5 to bump her up a tad as she was wandering back towards the 50s. Odd pm cycle....she just surfed right around high blue/low yellow for several hours before deciding to bungee back up to high yellow and ending with pink this morning. She's slowly coming down today so she'll either give me a 50 when I get back from running errands
and/or she'll keep me up all night. That's ok....healing numbers is what it's about for us right now.
Unhappy news for us today: our almost 15 year old civvie, Gus, has progressed from renal insufficiency to early renal failure. In six weeks, creat went from 2.8 to 3.8, phos from 4 to 5, BUN slightly increased, potassium good and stable, HCT down a bit. So we're starting daily squids instead of EOD, put him on AlOh to try and bring phos down, pepcid AC at night as earlier this week before I started it, he was doing the morning foamy vomit a couple times. Since starting it late at night, he's been doing much better...plus we make sure that he eats right before we go to bed and as soon as we get up. I tried to load a wonderful picture of he, Gracie, and GA Max in healthier days but it booted me off.
How do I get all of our functions back....smilies, adding attachments, etc? Thanks for any help. I'm running way behind now so will jump off. Have a great day.
