Yesterday's Condo

Well, that didn't take long! Still at home having a late breakfast before braving the cold. I have the option of taking the day off, but honestly could use some fresh air, human contact, and brain engagement beyond the television!

Concerned about the Wee Dub. Certain spots that are healing are hardening some, and he continues to have problems on his ears. He has started twitching alot and scratching his legs, grooming alot, etc. It breaks my heart to see him so uncomfortable. I believe his skin sensitivity is what is causing him to cry out when I pick him up. Am doing my best to avoid doing so, and am much more careful with pets and ear pokes. Though, strangely, he still very much wants to be groomed with the slicker brush. He also still wants to be close to me, sleeping on my arm or hand. It is good that we have a consult with the dermatologist on Monday (insert something re: God/the Universe working in mysterious ways here! ).

Time to get one more poke before heading to work. Hope our LL friends have a great day!

I'm so sorry about Willie's skin condition. Is Wee Dub his nickname? I hope the dermatologist can help. Hope you make it to work okay with no problems on the highways. Looks like Willie is surfing nice so you can get to work. Have a nice one.

Awww that can't be fun. Is he on anything topical right now or just the diet change so far? I'm glad you have a dermatology appt - too bad you have to wait until Monday though. Wishing you get skin relief for Willie.

Hi, Christie & Willie, I wish I had some suggestions on the skin.. I pray the appointment on Monday goes great & you can get some assistance in treating this. Shucks for you both :YMSIGH: Hang in the there.. his #s are looking good ;-)
