Good Morning LL! Not a lot to say about yesterday except that the you know what cleared nicely. Barely knew it was there. :-D I had another iffy syringe this morning, insulin behind the plunger, so I played it safe and took another one. this one looked good and it felt right when I gave Tess her shot. Sometimes it doesn't feel like the plunger moves at all. Now I wonder if that is because the insulin has leaked back behind the plunger. :? nailbite_smile

Hi Ann, I was having a lot of problems as yours with my last box of MJ's, but this new new shipment I just received is much better. Nice blue start for Tess.

Hi guys .. I agree, a very nice blue start for miss tess! I hope she continues surfing along in blues and greens for you .. bummer on the syringe problem, at least you've caught it now .. Have a great weekend!

Nice start for Ms. Tess!! I haven't had problems with my MJs, but Champ is on a much larger dose than Tess so that may make all the difference. At least you noticed there was a problem!!

Hi guys,
You would think that the quality control on something so important as a dose-deliverer would be better. I never used to look at the syringes that carefully, but I do now. I think that some of them are "off" and I try to compensate, but I've never seen insulin behind the plunger. What's the lot number on your MJ's? Ann (Maggie), if you are seeing this, can you tell us what the lot number is on your new box?

Nice blues today!!!! Great how fast she cleared the "b".

I occasionally get an MJ that gets the insulin behind the plunger and I toss it because it has the correct amount of insulin drawn.....I worry she would get TOO much insulin with the correct dose and what is behind the plunger.

The distributor of MJs sent me three free boxes....all the same lot number...I ended up not being able to use half of them because they were so off and inaccurate. But so are the BDs; I hear Dyana complained about the Relions and they have changed the design and appear to be much better.

I guess Tess got tired of blue, but you are missing the party missy!

I'm going to start saving those syringes that get the insulin behind the plunger. I've just tossed them before, it will be interesting to see hpw many are off. The lot number on this batch is 110314. I've got another new box w/ the same number, too.
