He had no symptoms, was just chilling and something told me to check him. 39?? I couldn't believe it. Also, today when I tested him AMPS, he was at 271. Fed him and gave him 1u. Normally, the next hour or so he spikes up from the food, but today he was lower than his AMPS number. Could this mean pancreatic action?
I sure hope so. I am a little worried today after his 39 this weekend. I'm at work and I hope he doesn't decide to go too low.
Also, I can't seem to get the formatting to work on my spreadsheet. I added more rows at the bottom and had this problem before but I can't remember how I fixed it.
Excel and I aren't on the best of terms. ;)
Thanks!

That's an interesting number! And encouraging. The insulin is definitely working.

It looks like 1 unit may be too high for a lower 200 number. Maybe reduce it to .8 or something? But it does look like the upper end of the scale could be increased. Myave 1.5 for reds and blacks? Keep collecting numbers as often as you can. The tighter you can manage the numbers (increasing and decreasing as the numbers guide you), the better results you will get.

If you have to leave, you can always put food out for him. Most cats will eat if they drop too low.
