Well.... BOING!!!! The morning was good, a nice even flat yellow surf, and then BAM - hit between the eyes with a delayed bounce - straight up to the red floor. Mannie must have been attending Tess's classes on how to so totally frustrate your bean and bounce late... Must have been one heck of a class - he did it so well... :lol: :lol: So Mannie - a day off yesterday for you - time I think to get back to business - you in? Yep, looks like you are. Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon think blue, think green, OK?

All is well in MannieLand. What weather we had here yesterday - rains and strong winds... I think Mannie has had enough. :lol: :lol: I got home after going to Seattle yesterday and was greeted at the top of the stairs by the Manster. Such carrying ons... Seems that he wanted out, in all that mess. :shock: :o :lol: So I let him, with specific instructions he was to make one security patrol only, and then back inside... OH sure! I could see him out there in the rain, head against the winds, pushing his way through making his rounds. Way too funny!!! And then he wouldn't come in! :roll: :roll: Finally I yelled out to him - "inside now or I give you nanners to the good will for cats" - I can only imagine what the neighbors thought.. :lol: :lol: :lol: But it got him inside. Even funnier! :cool: And as always we had a great test feed shoot this morning: lots of purrs and head rubs from Mannie. Breffis was consumed with gusto - still and always at warp speed, clean plate club status maintained, the auto feeder continues to be used, Elsa still tries to raid his auto feeder (maybe I really do need to get her one of her own), I still intercept.... Normalcy in MannieLand.

I hope to take sometime this week and make another introduction trip to the local pool. Maybe today! I know though that I won't be able to visit condos while he is here - so sorry! Hey everybody!! I feel the need... the need for SPEED! Race Cars!! you guys wanna go again? Va-ROOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! or maybe you want sumthin' more mellow... like fireplace sitting. that would be cool too! A Woodstove or sumthin'. what'd'yua guys think? Anybody got anything they wanna do? Almooooosssssst blue Mannie. You can do it! So funny on the security patrol. I can just see him out there bracing himself against the rain and wind. Your yard would be so over run without him.

Have a great time with DGS today! Mason loved the Mario video last Friday. It cheered him up with his fingers and all. Honking in the parking garage and then laughing. What a sweet little boy.

Mannie, come on down to blues. Too funny with Mannie not wanting to come in from outside. Hi Michelle, Sorry I didn't get to your condo before we left for the picnic in the snow (which was great; see Rusty's condo). Is Nicholas ready to learn to swim? My oldest nephew (who is only 10 years younger than I) learned to swim when he was a year old. My sister took him to the pool every day and he just took to it right away. I suspect that Nicholas will, too. He's a "River Rat"!! (that's what people here who live on the St. Lawrence River call themselves).

Have a fine evening. I hope your weather gets better soon. We are still waiting for the big storm to materialize.

Thanks Ann, Devon, Ann, Christie, and Linda for visiting Mannie while I cared for DGS - it is appreciated! Nicholas and I had a great day - today In took him tot he swimming pool, so he could try it out. He just ,loved it! It could not have been a more perfect day. It was snowing outside, and here we were playing in the pool. What an awesome thing! What snow fall we had today - three hours of it, and then it a gone. roads stayed clear - woo hoo! Mannie did well while we were gone - hit the blues early, and there he stayed. What a guy!
Ann - LOL on the crazy lady that talks to her cat. I bet they do!
Christie - he did! We have blue!
Devon - thanks we did, and Mannie was more than cooperative - blue he is!
Ann - pics are coming! tomorrow!
Mellisa - he made it! the security thing in the wind was so funny. what a silly kitty! Way cool on the mason and the video - i did another one of those car ones today. that kid loves to drive.

Hi ella - Today was our first day there - and he took to it very well, so as soon as we explore this a bit more I think he may be ready. he really loved the water today - we had no fear or any issues at all. He has such a good time. and yes - he is a river rat. When we got there today an he saw the pool he just walked right up to it and in. they have a 0' entry - like a beach. it was great! -- no big storm for you yet?
