Good morning from NYC (rain, lots of rain)

Rusty and we had a restless night (overtired). Rusty gets to nap today (not the beans)! Good test, good shot, 2 sittings of breakfast gobbled up, now lounging on the coffee table. Good lb action. Doesn't feel like playing.
We are about to head out. DH has appt. With his TIAA-CREF advisor. I have to get new glasses and will go to Lens Crafters. Library this afternoon. Will have lunch and a test with Rusty.

Whoohoo, lenscrafters! I was just there with DH yesterday to get his new glasses. I took the opportunity to have mine adjusted while I was there.

Nice blue Rusty this AM, he'll be green in no time, I'm sure. I don't think I'd be in a playful mood with all that rain, either. We're gray and foggy here, and everything is melting.

Rain??? Could it be that Spring is finally coming? We are raining too, well intermittent. Kind of gray all over out there....

Enjoy the outing today - good luck with the glasses! I hope you find something you like. :-D

No glasses, they no longer make them in an hour (5 or 6 days), so I guess I'll get them in Burlington VT, the Lens Crafters closest to us at home.
Rusty enjoyed lunch and a play in his cube with a blinking and squeaking mouse my friend Trudy gave him (we call it Trudy Mouse).
Found some freeze dried turkey treats for Rusty.
Still raining in the late afternoon.

Hi, Ella & Rusty in NYC! I am jealous.. wish I were there.. even with the rain & all :-D
Rusty just doesn't miss a beat, I am so impressed with him & you too.. for both being wonderful ;-)
