hoping we're out of the R bouncing mode and back on track with just lantus for a while. now if we can just get the little guy used to some lower numbers that would be helpful.

my student vomited at school yesterday (oh joy, but at least i didn't get hit!) so i'm off today. a million things i could do - not sure which direction i'll go.

punkin seems back to his purry self. the new prescription of Bupe should be ready later today so i'll give him some when we get it and see if it makes him willing to be held.

not sure if i said yesterday that i mentioned the lump on his neck again to the vet. 3 vets have looked at it and all said they thought it wasn't anything significant. it's enlarged some. she said she thought it was a cyst and enlarging was common with them. i'm going to take him in for a vet visit in about a month (it's been 5 months since the last one) and will see if he needs another dental. when he gets his next dental (or anesthetic) i'll have them check out the lump.

i'm gonna post Mr Green for the 5 minutes that we'll have him for the next week! :lol: can't believe he went down so fast today - i'm gonna need to play more with the food carbs, although when he was 306 i'm thinking let him fall because it's only going to be 200 by the nadir. if only that crystal ball worked better!!!

wonder how long we'll get this before the little boy bounces. i'll check him at 1 and see how he is then.

Slow down Punkin! The race is on. Now just hang out there for awhile. Hope you are enjoying your day off. Glad you didn't get barfed on and hope you don't get it!!

Did they try to aspirate the cyst or would that be too risky?

With the radiation treatment he got, wouldn't they want to investigate sooner? You know a lot more about this than I would.

Give him a belly rub from me. Hope the bupe works like a charm ;)

karrie, the cyst was there before we went to colorado, so it's definitely not caused by the radiation. the vet said they'd have to sedate him if they were going to do anything to it. it's on the back of his skull, sort of.

got the bupe - same price, 10x as much. that's a much better deal. :-D will give it to him after his test/feed/shoot in 30 minutes.

sorta dreading to see how high he goes from that sweet little 79.

Sorry about your cancelled work day but hope you found something g fun to do.
 
Very nice to see punkin with the green smilie maybe he enjoyed the lagoon so much he'll want to visit again soon.
