Ok, I worried a little bit today, but Bu Manchu surfed it like a champ! Tomorrow is the real test. I need to leave for the UFO conference before I can get a +3 so I won't have the peace of mind I've had for the past 2 days. I hope he stays in flatland!

Today, my DH had a "surprise" for me. We left early for the conference (just attending afternoon sessions today) and he took me out to go shooting. I learned how to handle an itty bitty 22 caliber handgun. First time ever shooting anything bigger than a pellet gun. I still don't know what to think about it. I was sad to see all the other shooters before us had left such a mess including, empty ammo boxes, shells, blown up glass and the remains of cans and other miscellaneous garbage. We shot at firewood and targets - picked up all of our shells. I guess some people just don't understand we are custodians of the planet *sigh*

I hope y'all are doing well - having a great staycation so far!

Surf Buster, you can do this!
That's exciting Tara, shooting a 22 calibar. Gun is not allowed in HK, so it's not an everyday thing that we see it. We have Shooting club, Gun club here but i's not a common game. Maybe that's why we seldom have serious crime, guns were usually smuggled in from China.
And, UFO conference! Tell us more about the findings.
