Not too much to say about yesterday. One splat of blue, pmps cycle started out ok, but ohmygod_smile with the end result. And here we sit with a 535 this morning. :YMSIGH: :sad: Well I hope for better things as the day moves forward. At least the +2 was down. See? Here is my happy face ----> :-D I am going to try and get him back up to the vet this AM for another attempt at a urinalysis, to make sure his UTI is indeed cleared up. Now if he will just be a good boy and give them a sample. It's always such a battle. OK Mannie? Please? paws crossed. cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. He is a little subdued this morning, probably due to that really ugly number. I keep telling him that just because he's an almost black cat doesn't mean he can post a black number... :lol: My furry purry kitty showed up for test, breffis and shoot. :-D Breffis was consumed with much enthusiasm: the boy does love his fuds. Last night he graciously let one of the civvies play with one of the nanners. Afterward he took that one in his paws and bathed it from top to bottom, rolled all over it, hugged it - reclaimed it with Mannie scent. Too funny. He's checked the interior, and once satisfied that all is as it should be he was off for a nanner nap.

To all my friends! We all had such fun at Rusty's in the big apple! WOOT! What a nice birthday celebration for Do Lou - YUM on the cake!! And Willie, my man, them sliders sure were good. We uhhhhh raided a couple of hot dog carts, til the vendors got the word out... What fun! Thanks guys - it was great. Hey! - What's up for today? I am ready for anything!! ~~ Mannie

Tori here Mannie. Thanks so much for picking me up last night and taking me to the party. That sheep skin rug you kitties had ready for me was oh so snuggly. It was a great party. I working hard at getting better so that I'll be ready to be in the kitty musical. I'm quite the Diva you know.

Wow, you were right, Mannie was up there! I'm glad he's coming down.. rather quickly, too!

It appears that while I was occupied with the new TV, Chaos was sneaking out the back to hop in the roadster! I am only now hearing about the Do Lou birthday antics... the things our kitties get up to when we're not looking! :lol: :lol:


Hey Mannie, I am up for anything today. We both woke up on the wrong side of the spreadsheet, so let's get together and bring our numbers down. And maybe play with some nanners.. I'll get my own, I know how you feel about yours. Let's get some nip-tinis and some of our other friends and have a lounge day. Sound good?

Hmmm, I see new numbers but no report yet. I hope they got the sample this time. Just when you think you know what to expect, lower numbers after the vet visit. :roll: But it is BLUE! :-D keep up the great work Mannie, he must have snuck in a nipitini or two.

223 @ +4, before the vet trip, 176 @ +4.5 after the vet trip- so much for any vet stress. and YAY!: SUCCESS!!!! We got pee. Never thought I'd be so excited over kitty urine. of course he peed all over them in the process - GO Mannie! When we got home he was rewarded for his production with a few dried chicken treats. After checking the house out to make sure all was secure we are back to the security and comfort of the nanner pile. Now we wait for results.

Hi Violet - :-D yep, quite the morning. I am grateful he has headed down. it almost seems like last night was a fur shot, though I know for sure that it was not. I hope that Chaos has come down for you too. :lol: :lol: :lol: on the sneaking out - quite the party.... :?

Hi Marjorie... I swear I have sprouted a few more gray hairs this morning. I knew the amps would be ugly after his +4 last night, just really had hoped it wouldn't be a ugly as it was. Wow, I've been gone all morning and look at the action I missed from our Mannie kitty. I'm so glad they got the infamous pee sample and good for them he got it all over them, he, he, I'm bad! Mannie says they deserved it after making him travel two times to the Vetty! Did you say he had an 82?

Maggie says to tell Mannie thanks for picking her up for DoLou's party, and she just loved those hot dogs. She took a doggie bag home, too. What's up for today. Mannie, you are such a good host to organize these parties.

I didn't get a chance to visit condos today and am so surprised tonight to see what Mannie has been doing all day . Pretty impressive going from 535 down to the greens.

I dunno on the nerves of steel - one just does what one knows they need to do, and try to remember to look at the big picture.
