Well, would you look at that! A blue start for Miss Luci! She was purring away this morning for her AMPS - when I rubbed her head and ears with the warm rice sock she made that funny high pitched almost song like purr...like trilling...at least she's feeling good. I have seen her now placing her foot on the floor to sit...so I think she's slowly discovering that it's still there and might be useful for something...she still holds it up while walking...but I think she's making progress.

Her mama made some progess yesterday with this new code! A breakthrough finally! It was a tough week for work and I'M SO GLAD that it's Friday...tomrorow I'm having lunch with my sis in law at at British Tea Room - I'll try to get some pics for you. It's a cute place - I saw it last year but of course DH wasn't interested in going to a tea room...huh?

I hope you all have a great day and that your kitties are good to you :)

Wonderful news about Luci's foot, that is really fantastic. I hope everyday brings her more use of her paw.

Have a good time tomorrow, can't wait to see the pictures:)

You're such a purry sweetheart Luci with that nice start on the beach today, Yay!! So happy you're starting to use your little paw a bit...baby steps!!
Congrats on the breakthrough Sue, that must feel soooo amazing!! :bookworm:
The tea room sounds charming, hope you and your SIL have a good time tomorrow!!

Glad to hear she is cast free. Luci knows what do with foot, give her time to relearn it's there. When PJ sprained hers, after awhile as had good days then a bad day because she used it to much. It took a couple of weeks before being normal again.

I think she just needs time to readjust her walking. As I recall it was several weeks before she started walking on the cast...now this is reversed and after she learned to walk on the cast, she's going to need just as much time to learn to walk without it. I'm happy to see that she's feeling fine otherwise and her general behavior is of a cat without pain. So, at least I know that she's not hurting...she's just out of touch with her 4th foot...it looks better each day too...
Have a great day Paula!

Sounds like Luci will be tearing around the house in no time :joyful:
