Morning - Today is a vet day for Lanky: blood & urine samples for CBD, chemistry profile, & urinalysis per request for Dr. Lunn. Results will be given to Dr. Lunn at our Monday apt at CSU. House brother, Otis is also going in for CRD check as he may be getting anemic. So still lots to do. Today I am also marking our stash of food (% carbs, fat, & phosphorus), lo carb regular & hi carb hypo, to take with us. I can't believe the pile of supplies, equipment, & stuff I am accumulating to take with us. We will definitely NOT be traveling light!

Hope you all have a great day today.

Re: 2/28 Lanky AMPS 315

I don't think it's possible to travel light with cats, especially with a diabetic. That first hit home with me when I moved here and started making my hurricane kit. Let's just say that my evacuation kit is not something that can be stashed in a closet, it's HUGE.

Hi Susan!

Hope vet visit going well today for Lanky!

Does Lanky have his own suitcase too?

Blood & urine sampled, results will be faxed to me tomorrow. I will scan & forward to Dr. Lunn. Otis' numbers were better too (not anemic) but he still seems a bit off to me.

Hi Susan, It sure is a busy time for you. I hope everything fits in the car!! How long will it take to drive from CA to CO? We'll be thinking of you and wishing Lanky a good trip and a successful outcome. Glad that Otis's tests turned out OK.

Angels & prayers are riding along with you and will be at the end of your drive to Good news coming from vet I hope Take care Kath
