Yesterday was this week's Lupita Friday as Lupita switched days so if you want to read about the usual Friday adventures, you can click the link above But Lupita was very jealous at Josie getting LBG headbutts. Our little monkey bean had a short play session this morning after lots of nighttime snuggles. We all enjoyed the uninterrupted sleep last night and she was bright eyed and ready to have breffis and whack Tobey this morning. The day started out sunny and warm and so they've been out on the catio with dad most of the day but now it's getting cooler in advance of the thunderstorms we are supposed to get starting tonight. But our two little Scottish Folds are still curled up on their condos on the catio and roll over and purr whenever we go out there.

Yesterday was a bounce day after the 27 from Wed night. We were afraid she would continue it in to today but, instead, she has had a beautiful green day all day. I'm certain this is depot but I'll take normal numbers that are above 50 any day.

Mike ended up staying home as he woke up with a really bad cold. I've had to work today but at least have been around the house. Don't tell Rich but I'm making cookies to take to him when I return his ice cream container. Shhhhhhhh ;-)

Thanks Carla, Wendy, and Josie for the visit!

Mike is just hanging out, resting, taking cold drugs. Gracie has been hanging out with him and Tobes is asleep somewhere. It's a quiet night around here.

I'll ask Rich for the ice cream recipe. I know he makes it in his Cuisinart ice cream maker. And it's Goooooooddddd!!

Sending healing vines to Mike. Has he ever tried taking zinc at the onset of symptoms? I'm not big on alternative meds, but I've found that it really does help ease symptoms if you start early.

Have a great weekend - I know you need the rain, but I'd rather it wait until Monday so we get to see all the race at the appointted times. I'm kinda selfish. :lol:
