I have no idea what's going on with China's numbers this afternoon, but for now, I'm not going to worry about it either! (Yes, it's really me!)
Finally got Cleo to stand still long enough to get a picture after her shave job....although it's a lousy picture, it's the best I could do! (I'll keep trying though!)
Didn't quite get the "poof" on the end of her tail. I'll have to wait until she has a full coat again to show you how totally different she looks in her long hair! (and yes, that's the floor in the kitchen I haven't felt like mopping yet...soon, I assure you!)
We've got another warm day but with a lot more wind! Guess it's blowing in that cold air they keep talking about for early next week.
Hope everyone is having a good Sunday and your kitties are staying out of trouble!

She does not appear to be terribly impressed with having her picture taken. Cute, nonetheless. I would like to see the tail, though.
I can explain China's numbers. She was hanging with Cinco - they went for a quick dip in the lagoon then high tailed it back to shore. Perhaps we shouldn't let them hang out together, after all. At least they could have taken Harvey with them!
My floor has looked much, much worse, but it's wood laminate and it doesn't show the dirt as much.
Oh I didn't do it....but I may try it next time!! She has had to be sedated every year so it's done at the vets, but this year she let them do it without knocking her out, so maybe she's mellowed with age and I can learn to keep it up!
They always ask if I want to leave her tail fluffy or do I want the "poof" at the end.....I think the "poof" is adorable so we go with that
The strangest thing is getting shaved totally changes her personality..she's usually very aloof and doesn't want much to do with anybody, but as soon as she's shaved until her hair gets about 2/3rd grown in, she becomes a total Velcro kitty
