Yesterday's Condo
Here we are on Day 12. I am a little freaked out about her number this morning since she has been throwing me numbers in the 50's, 60's, and low 70's for the past week. I know this number is well within the normal range, and I am hoping that this is a slight food spike from eating in the last 15 to 20 minutes before the test. I don't know if this is the case, but I am hoping so.
Anyway, my fat boys didn't wake me up this morning, but they sent their sister Crystal to do the job. Am I ever going to get to sleep until the alarm. I would think that 5:00 am is plenty early enough for breakfast. I guess they think differently.
Starting next week I plan to set the timed feeder so at 4:00 am there is some food to tide over the little monsters. I haven't been able to do this because I have wanted to get Sami's test at 5:00 am so I didn't want any food out after 2:00 am or so. The only time there is food left is if it isn't all eaten from the food I leave out before I go to bed. The last few days I have had the timed feeder (thank you Nicole) and I have been able to give some food at 11:00 pm and 2:00 am. But I just didn't want food left to late in, so I tried to time it so they would eat it all before 3:00 am and then Sami would still have a two hour fast for her test. I don't know if that has happened the last few days or not.
Sami got some cuddle time with me a few times last night, before Crystal kicked her out. I am so glad she is feeling better. She is doing her fair share of chasing Crystal around.
Today will be more of the same as yesterday, although I should have started the laundry yesterday. I think I will be doing it all day and maybe even tomorrow.
