Mikey is giving us a well timed bounce. This week was even crazier than I expected it to be. I'm past exhausted, and so glad that I will be going to bed in a few minutes. I got a message from the vet today that Mikey's BW looked really good. He's going to email it to me on Monday. He said to call him tomorrow, if I had any questions, so I'm going to call and ask about his thyroid test. Mikey's BG tested at 210 there, which he though was great.
On a more personal note, please keep the students and teachers in our school in your thoughts and prayers. One of our beloved 8th grader's father died in surgery this week. All of us are devastated. The situation is very complicated and as a school, we need to find the best ways to support her has she walks through this time. Next week will tax all of our strength as we help her to lay him to rest.
