It would fill a couple of screens to list all of the tests we took yesterday. You can check her AA for details. Weezer was mostly low to mid pink all day and all night, with a few dips into mid to high yellow. We gave her R with her Lantus, morning and evening and also at AM +6. I am very eager to try Levemir, which should arrive tomorrow. A lot of hope is riding on the possibility that Weezer will react to it favorably and we will see some lower numbers after the adjustment.

For some reason, all of her toys end up next to her bowl. It’s like playing stimulates her predatory instincts and reminds her she is hungry. She plays a few minutes, then takes whatever she is playing with to her bowl, drops the toy and eats. There is a pile of foil balls beside her dish. String makes the trip often too, but doesn’t usually stay there.

Wishing a kitty day for all, plenty of purrs, play, sunny spots and lots of love.

Almost Yellow Weezer - so close! I too so hope that the Lev will work well for her. Lots of paws crossed in LL!

Too funny on the toys. Some how I can see the pile.

I hope Weezer does well with the Levemir.
I have often seen toys in the food bowls, and the other day I saw Ginger burying her uneaten food in her bowl with her toys. I stupidly thought she was offering the toys something to eat or drink, and now I realize she was using them to cover her food with. :lol:

So hoping for good results with the Lev. This AMPS is so close to yellow.

Too funny on the toys next to her bowl. I love that she relates playing with eating. Those are the best things in life, in addition to sleeping!

Toys by the bowl - that is funny! And String - still chuckling at the video. :lol: :lol: Hope Weezer finds some more yellow, maybe blue? Paws crossed for the levemir.

Giz brings his springs into the kitchen all the time. If I won't play fetch with him, he drops the spring by Gabby's bowl. (Like she'll play fetch with him! Right!!) I hope those numbers keep coming down.

Love the toy antics!! I often find Herbie's mousie by the food bowl as well. Too cute!!

Hope she really likes the lev, Linda, and that you like it, too. It's an adjustment as to test times, etc. but I hope you'll see some good response.

I love how she takes her toys to her bowl.....that is SO sweet!! I think we need a photo Tobey has these little white furry mice (flat) and he puts them in the water bowl in the nook....it's amazing to me that after the number of times they've been dunked and dried that they still entice him :lol: :lol:

Kitties are funny with their toys. Frankie will often put her toys in her bowl. In her "younger" days, she used to dip her sponge soccer balls in the water dish, then bat it all over the house. Personally, I'm glad she's forgotten about doing that one! I think my favorite is when DH plays Laser Pointer with her. He'll have her running all over creation, then point the laser at a food dish, and suddenly she stops and starts eating :lol: ! So entertaining.

Fingers crossed that the Lev will do the trick!!!

very nice today miss weezer! i can picture the pile of toys too - that's very funny.

It looks like Weezer is getting a head start on the new juice! Paws crossed for the Lev, it does take some getting used to the later onset, but I'm glad that we switched. Just keep a close watch the first few days. Most cats have an easy switch, but Tess really rocketed around on us. Just be aware she could have lots of action during the change.
