Yesterday's Condo

Gabby seemed to think that purrs make for a much better alarm than the one on my clock. She stationed herself between me and the edge of the bed and turned her motor on about 20 min. before the alarm went off. Once we all migrated to the kitchen, Gizmo was only wanting to headbutt and rub himself all over Gabby. I think she put up with it because breakfast was coming.

nothing better than the purr and oh I just love the headbutt, I ry to do it back to ruben bu get to excited and knock him over :lol:
no wonder my dad calls me Elmira (from loony tunes)

Oh the BESTEST sound in the world is a kitty's purr...I so miss waking up to that each morning. Good girl Gabs!

Purring is a much nicer way to be woken up than an alarm clock blare. She is having a good day. Maybe Gizmo's was telling her to get to the Lagoon this morning.

What a wonderful way to wake up. Much better than Shnookie digging me out of the covers! :lol: I hear the big snow is hitting you today - stay warm!

The purring is at least low on the "get the bean up" strategies invasive-ness scale! My civvie Ollie insists on washing my face when I don't respond to the purring. @-)

Purrs are so much nicer than the incessant, horrible bleating of the alarm clock... even if it means you're robbed of 20 minutes. It's not so cute when you're robbed of an hour or more!

Gabby is looking fabulous today... I hope this trend continues and she surfs the lagoon for awhile.

We are, indeed, having snow! And no, we didn't get a snow day but my last 2 appointments of the day cancelled. I got to leave early. It was a good thing because the roads are awful.
