Glad I got all my errands done yesterday when both were running slightly higher and the weather was still in the 40s because today our high is suppose to be 19 and snowing. Oh joy!

I'm so over winter...I want Spring! These sporadic 50s & 60s we've been getting just makes these deep freeze days feel so much worse.

Autumn sure cleared her bounce fast! Cassanova has a great number this morning too

Looking better than yesterday. Hopefully Alska will climb out of the grass when he sees Autumn in the water.

Man, I'm exhausted today..I was up every few hours with Autumn last night because she decided to pull one of her free falls going from nearly 400 to 38 at +8 Really wish either her PZI would get here or she'd just go OTJ off the Levemir. I'm too old to keep pulling all nighters.

That sounds sooo exhausting! Amazing what a tiny little drop of insulin can do for Miss Autumn. Nice #'s for both the kitties today.

I hear ya on the 'too old'. Maybe you can get a nap later.

Heard anything about the PZI yet? When did the vet order it? I think it was 2-3 weeks before I got Lucian's, from the time it was ordered. I'm thinking 3. Actually, until the vet got it, I had to pick it up from her.

Got some good news, for a change. The vet is ordering his PZI and having it billed and sent direct to me, so I don't have to pay the vet's markup. That works. And the PZI is doing well for Lucian and he's slowly stretching out his cycles. He was still under 200 at +10 today. woohoo!

I so don't get Autumn anymore she shouldn't have even hit onset yet and she's already teetering on hypo range. So much for mom getting a nap in today.

Cassavona on the other hand decided to help the drooler with his biscuits before I figured out where the crunching sound was coming from. Sigh

Cassanova eating drooler biscuits, too funny.

Seems Autumn so wants to be off the shots! Just can't get there, but I have no idea why. I know you can't give her a smaller dose, her's almost nonexistent now. :o

Still no word on the PZI and no answer back from my email to them inquiring about it. I know my primary vet is out of the office right now because her daughter just had a baby in Colorado. So she's there seeing her first grandchild. Supposedly it was ordered on the 17th.

If it isn't here by the end of the month I may have to go camp out at the clinic until I can catch one of the vets and talk to them in person. Since when I originally called about getting it for her. The front desk woman was new an would only put me through to one of the vet techs.

Mel, I resemble that remark. I have a stupid medical thing going on right now... I have a stone in my saliva duct in my mouth. My face blows up like a balloon when i eat anything and it hurts like crazy. So far, no treatment other than to eat and make it mad, as that might get the pressure enough to move the stone out. Crappy idea, if you ask me.

Now is that a stone like a small piece of rock or a stone like a fruit seed or something your body just decided to create like a kidney stone?

Any way around it that sounds like a silly way to treat it.

Oh my gosh Linda. How horrible! Hope that resolves soon!

I am very surprised to find out that Cassavona's real name is CassaNOVA!!!! I had made a mental note to make sure I didn't give it the normal spelling because I didn't want to get it wrong

You have been excused sleepy head!!!

I kinda thought it was but I'm going to admit as tired as I was last night my first thought was "Why was she chewing on gravel" lol
You'd think there would be something better they could do for it or at least give you something to dissolve it. Mouth problems like back problems make you hurt everywhere.
