Good Morning, Everyone,
Late start today because I was working on the spring outings schedule for our mountain-club chapter. Edward and I will lead 2 paddles and I will lead a bike ride. (This is the "official" Adirondack Mt. Club group; our little, unofficial, group will, of course, paddle every Monday once ice is out (whenever that will be!) (@Anne & Zener (GA) : Liz & Anne, I'll let you know when they announce the "pool" for the chair, if you are interested in participating again this year.)
It was a COLD night (maybe the coldest of the year: -23 degrees with fierce winds). Rusty snuggled in his spot on the bed. I decided that, after 7 cycles, the skinny .75 U wasn't working very well, so this morning we went back up to a straight .75 U (1.23mm on digital calipers; Terumo syringe). I hope he gets back on track after this small "interlude". Rusty is having a good morning, sitting in the sunny window in his perch above the radiator. He has grazed on his breakfast (ate about half, thus far) and we had a gentle combing.
The temperature is supposed to climb into the low teens this afternoon, so we will go for a little walk in town and to the post office.
Wishing all a good day and sending vines to all in need,
Ella & Rusty
