The plunger is so resistent to me, that it took three tries to get my dose right. (This is why I dislike the Monojects!) I may have to cut my losses soon and go back to Sure Comfort. This one moved nice and smooth for me and I didnt seem to have a bubble issue. (SC has terribly inconsistent markings... would never suggest to someone who isnt using calipers.)

Sorry it took so long for you to get the dose correct. I absolutely agree, the Monojects are more consistent, but more difficult to slide than the Sure Comfort. Why is it so challenging for a company to make a syringe with consistent markings that will slide easy?!

I hope you have a good Friday, Cass.

I have bubble trouble with every shot and just give up. The markings on my Vet Carepoints are very consistent and the plunger moves nicely. Surf safely today Gordy.

I'll see if I can find these when I need needles next... I have to go through at least some of the ones I currently have *grumpy* I have Monojects and BD and they are both are tough to move.

Small steady drop. Not necessarily a bad thing.
No, we like those. Especially at night. ;)

I think the problem with syringes is that they are made for human diabetics, who are on much larger doses than most cats, so a slight inconsistency between syringes doesn't make any difference. If only someone made syringes specifically for cats, with consistent markings and 1/4 unit lines! A girl can dream can't she???
