Good Morning LL! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Yep, the bean's screw up has apparently not messed up the insulin and Tess is loving this dose! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Emma's new eye drops came yesterday and we will still keep her isolated for the weekend. Next week we will bring her into the house proper so she and Tess can become acquainted. Emma is less than impressed w/ all the attention her eyes are getting, but I hope the anti-viral drops will do the trick. It will be nice to have them close, I've felt guilty about not spending enough time w/ her, but i don't want to short change Tess on her time either. We've decided that Emma will get the office, so apart from giving the new drops time to start working we need the weekend to clear it out! :roll:

I've been busy w/ making final arrangements for DM. A trip back to the midwest this summer has to be planned yet and all those arrangements to be made too.

WCR All 5 Ps, Clean Plate Club, brushing of teeth and for finished and settling in for the day.

WOO HOO on Tess ad the numbers - yesterday, today. Awesome. Love the greens, and I think she does too. Seems that this is a good dose for her. Surf well Miss Tess!

Good luck with Emma, and I so hope she and Tess hit if off. Best friends and all that stuff. Great idea to have her in one space. It will let her get used to the house. Not doubt Tess will be checking out that door. often. :-D I hope the new eye drops help Emma too. Be well little one. bummer on the isolation, but better safe than sorry.

Best wishes for your mom's arrangements. It is never easy, but i do hope it goes well, smoothly and you are able to do all you wish for her.

Well well wel. Tess, this dose really seems to be doing pretty good. But you don't need to come up any higher.

Emma sounds like she is an ornery one. Hopefully she will like er new digs and settle in. :smile:

Hi Ann, I am so very sorry to hear about your Mom. Somehow I missed your condo the other day, but you've not left my thoughts since you announced she wasn't doing well. Sending you and yours healing vines and prayers. (((hugs)))

Also, I'm thinking of Emma and hoping that she adjusts to the new drops and wishing you all a nice Caturday.

I'm glad the insulin didn't get ruined, being out. It's meant to be left out for humans, but they use it up quicker. For what it costs, we don't want to lose a pen!
You sure have a full plate right now. Lots on your mind to take care of. You have at least one sister, to help and support, with your mom, right? Is that too personal to say, on here? I apologize, if so.

I didn't know Emma had a eye problem. I can't wait for Emma and Tess to get closer...physically, and hear the daily stories, of the wailing and door scratching.....oh, I mean....the chatting under the door, yeah, that's what I meant. :lol:

Tess, looks like you're going in the wrong direction...come back down! Hope the eye drops work for Miss Emma and hope those two fur kids can get along over time. Would be nice to have two happy, furry kitties that get along! :razz:

Whoops! We didn't expect that! Fed a little LC for the 38 and will stall 15 minutes to see if she heads back down. i need the tome to figure out what the reducie will be on the calipers anyway! :lol: :roll:

Well, Tess, look at you! We figure about 0.10mm per drop. Look at it this way, any attention you give to Emma is a whole lot more than she was getting. :-D Paws crossed for the eye drops to help.

I think you just reduced .05 mm last time, right? For the Terumos, if you get ten drops to the unit, one drop is .15mm on the calipers.

Reduction to .60mm on the caliper , who knows what the actual units are I'm calling it .3u for sanity's sake. when i started w/ the calipers Tess was at 4 drops and it looked like .5u on the Terumos, and.75mm. Marje was saying w/ the micro pipetter she got 10 drops per unit (I was getting 7) and a unit was 1.52mm w/ the caliper, making a drop .15mm. Who knows what is really right, just as long as I'm consistent!

Too true on Emma. But, she has really started to play w/ me and just wants to be held in my lap. So i feel really guilty when I leave her alone.

You're right Marje, so now we've reduced .15 which should be 1 drop, leaving 3 drops and .3units. Hey!!! I got it right! :lol: :lol:

I figure 0.11 down or up every time I make an adjustment with the Terumos. I call it by our old terminology (fat, skinny etc), but just for the sake of convention.

I was using .11mm between doses because I was originally getting 14 drops to the unit. But I recently started making my drops bigger and doing .15 mm per drop.
