Yesterday, slow drift down.

2/22 Recap:
AMPS 247 +9 192
PMPS 164 +5 177

Finally, back under renal threshold again. Whew! Now to see if she can drift down a little further. It's a 5 P morning and that includes some early nanner time.:)

Neko's been a typical indecisive cat this morning. Outside to the solarium - eeek, noises, back in side. OK - it's quiet, let's try again. Hold it - I smell BACON in the kitchen! Back inside and flop on the kitchen floor, hoping the beans will trip and drop some bacon. Yumm, I love bacon - how about the pitiful starved look? What does a cat have to do to get some bacon?:arghh: Sorry kiddo.:p

Back out into the garden shortly for me. Time to spray the pear trees with lime sulfur and dormant oil. Trees are starting to bud.

I am SO jealous that you have trees that are starting to bud! We're heading into the negatives again tonight :eek:.....

Is there a reason why Neko can't have some Bacon? You did say she got under renal threshold, doesn't that deserve a little treat?

I agree on the mean beans. Luckily, my kitties don't care for bacon (and we don't have it often), but when we get the trip tip out to slice for sandwiches, the place goes nuts! Harvey, especially loses his mind trying to get some. :rolleyes:

Love a blue AMPS. Now whatcha gonna do with it, Neko?

Don't you know she just won't survive if she doesn't get any bacon right-this-instant?! If only you'd notice how adorable she is being, you'd understand how much she needs it!
 
My cats never ate anything but cat food until Max had surgery for the pierced bladder. When he wouldn't eat at the vet's they asked what he liked and told me to bring it because he had to eat and poop for me to take him home. I had not idea! It turned out he ate Gerber's for me. Then when Tiffany got sick turkey and roast beef were added to the menu. I wonder if he would eat bacon? I never make it so we will never know. Nice to see Neko back in blue.
 
Isn't this sugar dance crazy. One minute they are good and the next high.Glad Neko is coming back down. Take Care, Peg and Toby
 
Bacon, bacon, bacon, bacon....

My guys all go nutso for pork. A nice dry roast. I make one every few weeks for the dog's kibble topping and sneak little treats to everyone sometimes in the evening. A vote at that point in the day would have me winning bean-of-the-year award! A few minutes later they're all packing suitcases and threatening to run away from home!

Looking good Neko. Slip slide a bit down. But a nice start.

Keep that slow drift going, Neko, right into the lagoon! Bacon sounds good. Maybe I'll invent a bacon recipe for the next party.

Yup, she drifted all right. The wrong direction.:rolleyes: I think I smelled a whiff of Lev. Argh!!:arghh::arghh: I sure hope that's it for a while. She had a good day in the sunshine/solarium and was playing with the nanners and her sisal ball.

@ Amy, Tina, Tricia, Patricia, Elise, Peg, Carla, Serryn, Marilyn, Ella, Liz - Thanks for stopping in and visiting the high flying girl. :rolleyes: We very seldom have bacon, but we found a farm based market/butcher that has good organic food. We were down to our last two pieces. Not enough for sharing and I don't know what was in it. Weather is gorgeous out here. I got the tree spraying done and I think it's just in time as the buds are about to come out. The local cherry blossom festival is concerned because it's at a set date and all the trees are blooming 3 weeks early. The local ski hills are brown. :(

A nice morning for Neko, bummer on that pmps. I bet she comes down today.

LOL on the bacon. That was so Mannie. he'd often try to steal it off of our plates. :eek::rolleyes:
