Hope you're ok too hon. I've been neglecting my own health issues and it caught up with me. Haven't found a way to take care of Lucian and still take care of me. You'll notice there was no before bed test, I was out a few min after his shot. Not taking my meds, has made me sick for the last few days, got to find a way. :sad:
Lucian running abut right, at the moment. Will check again at +6. Most people aren't happy with numbers like this, but they beat the heck out of black!

After having the p*ss scared out of me when I got up and couldn't find him, all's better now. First thing I thought? He'd gone hypo on the higher dose and hid somewhere. 
Of course, as high as he's been running, fat chance of that, ohmygod_smile but it was my first thought, especially since I wasn't able to get a test last night. But he just decided to change his sleep quarters I guess. Don't know why he'd rather be on a wood floor than his soft bed, but you know cats.

Girl! I am serious! My heart just fell when I couldn't find him! I know how cats will 'go off and die' and I was terrified! I was all over my apt, calling him and you KNOW they pay no attention to that! ohmygod_smile I even got my decrepit butt down on my knees, looking under the bed and that's hard for me. My apt is actually a circle, with 2 doors to the bathroom and another door from the bedroom into the living room, so I was around and around the place calling him, to which he completely ignored me until I brought out the treat bag. ohmygod_smile If I hadn't been so glad to see him, I could have whipped his butt! Like I have ever smacked a cat! :lol: But you know what I mean. He's laying out on the rug in the dining room, like he owns the place and everything is just peachy, you know how they are. :lol:
I'm just hoping for adjustment with minimal bouncing, flat works fine for me! :thumbup

He just came in, ready to eat. Told him he had to wait a few minutes, so he settled for a little brushing.
He's so danged dry and flakey, will be glad when that goes away and he's back to being his shiney, silver self.

Oh yeah that reminds me when I was posting to Jesse...The 25th is a full moon, here is another one of the ECID things, some cats run high during the full moons, some run low and some don't seem to notice at all the 3 days before and the 3 days after a full moon.

In other words, about the full moon, nothing changes, ECID huh? :lol: You know I have nothing to compare it to, his numbers have been crazy from the getgo! Maybe once he's regulated, I can keep an eye on that.

Trying to stay up a couple hrs to do a test before going to sleep, couldn't help last night. Been forgoing my own meds to keep an eye on Lucian and it has come back to bite me in the butt, :-x Major problems with the Graves, lost several more pounds, can't keep that up. :sad:

It's next to impossible to take my night meds and still be able to test him at +3-4, but I'm working on it. Don't have much choice, can't end up back in the hospital since I no longer have insurance. This so sux. :sad:
But it sure is nice to see a whole cycle without a black popping up. flip_cat Hoping maybe he'll surf a little lower tomorrow (got fingers crossed).
Funny, other people would see that 408 and say OMG!! Me? I was tickled to death to not see black! :lol:

You know I will even bet that 408 was really in the 300s and is partly a food spike wearing off since he ate at +9, so I'm thinking he stayed very very flat today..
I bet you see some major movement here in the next day or two as he settles into this dose. Just hang tough with it for 3 days and we will re-evaluate then. Might still have to take him up gain, but if he can even maintain this flatness right now is awesome.

Silly Lucian! :lol: I had left the brush on the bathroom scale, where I had been brushing him and I heard a noise. He was in there trying to brush himself, rubbing on it. He loves the brush! So I brushed him some more and he's just purring away!
He's funny too, his favorite place to be brushed or scratched is right where his whiskers come out of the skin. He loves you to scratch him backwards, towards his mouth, on his whiskers skin/base Always been that way. :lol: Cat ain't right! :lol: But I guess it must feel good to him. ohmygod_smile
