Good morning everyone!
Since my last post, Lou's been having a beautiful run of cycles. I'm almost afraid to talk about it in fear that he'll change course. :nailbiting: I keep thinking he's going to head into a bounce, but then he comes back down to the lagoon. It seems perhaps that he's been bouncing to the blues and then coming back down, which I will never ever complain about. I hope he can keep this going, because it's obvious how good he's been feeling the last few days. :D:D:D

I'm sick of winter... I'm sick of getting 5 inches of snow every time it snows, which is at least once a week. I should go out and shovel this morning since it's supposed to be warm today. Apparently after 2 days this week of 4-5 inches of snow each, we're supposed to have a ground blizzard tomorrow. On the plus side, I think this is the first blizzard occurring on the weekend, so it's great that I don't have to worry about going to work. On the downside.... I can't wait til spring, haha.

I hope you all have a wonderful day and your kitties surf safely! Sending vines to all those kitties and beans in need. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

You have my sympathy regarding the weather - we've had similar (I'm in Wisconsin). I'm not sure there's a name for what's happening out there now, but it involves wet stuff and thunder, though it's still below freezing. Fun times!

Good to see Lou having a good run!

Wow there Loudog! Since this is the very lowest you have ever shot and marginally over 50, I would get a +1 and +2 today.

This could have been a late nadir and he might start to rise, but to be safe, I would start off with a +1.

OH WOW.jpg Look at Lou go! So nice to see Green :D

So, today has been a crazy day here. I was sitting in the living room this morning and I kept hearing a "ping" noise. I tried to investigate, and I found it was coming from our living room ceiling fan. Not sure why since it wasn't on. Before I could speculate too long, water started dripping, from the fan... Ugh. So needless to say, I had no idea who I was supposed to call: an electrician, someone for the roof, or a plumber. After some discussion with my ma and sister, my BIL came over and cleaned off our roof (which shouldn't have been too bad considering it's sharply inclined, but it kind of was) and found a hole with a nail sticking out of it (sharp side up). The hole was a couple of feet higher than the ceiling fan. He took out the nail, went and got some flex glue, and sealed it up. The dripping has since lessened and my ma has a friend who's an electrician who checked the fan situation for us. By all accounts, it looks like everything will dry up without any issue since the light and the fan still work (i.e. water did not get into the structure). We're going to leave the fan off for at least a week and let that dry out. What could have been a very expensive and time-consuming adventure turned out to be an inexpensive, though worry filled, busy morning. I am SO thankful for my BIL who dropped everything today and came to our rescue!!

Lou's been a trooper today. He's held beautifully steady so far, even with all the extra noises going on. I'll be checking him again in about 10 minutes. So glad we can finally relax!
