It's been a while since we have seen a yellow amps. Goodness knows which way she will take it....or how far. nailbite_smile A good amount of kibble disappeared overnight. that deserves both a :thumbup and :-Q i wonder if her b12 injection has anything to do with it. I had skipped 2 weeks, but gave it on Sunday. Things have been very different (in a positive way) since then! Her numbers are also better, so who knows.

as of publishing time, she is having a GREAT start to the day. She followed me into the kitchen (rare), until she saw the syringe getting pulled out :lol: . Instead of sitting in the hallway when I went to the bathroom, she parked herself right inside the door 'to watch' haha_smiley . AND, I saw her initiate play with her peacock feather by pushing it around the floor. We played with it together, all the while she was standing up! Usually she lays on the ground and bats at it with her front paws. :mrgreen: She is walking around this a.m., talking, drinking, eating, playing....it's like she thinks its a party or something. ;-)

Dont know why or how long this 'feeling good' dress will last on her. She sure does look pretty in it, tho.

ETA: Minutes after posting Latte vomited...inside the vomit...a peacock feather! ohmygod_smile She has gone right back to eating....*fingers crossed* THIS stays down!

What a great report on Miss Latte today...Shadow will be so happy when i tell him that she is feeling so great today!
hope this continues for you Carolyn...you both deserve this nice break ....keep on keeping on Latte girl!!

Well look at all that lovely blue from yesterday I missed! And a yellow preshot so soon after a bounce! This looks good! :-D

And she's a happy, playing girl this am! Fabulous report. I can tell there's a load off your mind right now, too, and that's also a lovely thing!

Looks like someone may have gone lower than their liver cared to go. Lots of wet and kibble gone while I was at work offers more evidence. Now we hope the kibble spike, at least, wears off before pmps. But you know what? SHE ATE!! Now I can enjoy the rest of the afternoon, and not worry about getting as many calories as possible in her tonight. She has had plenty. And she did that on her own! :)

Oh, I know what a relief that is!!! It's the best feeling in the world when they've eaten enough on their own with no coaxing! Something we once took for granted, but will never do so again! I'm glad she's had a good day and I hope she doesn't bounce too high or too long.

Sounds like a very nice day for Latte. Its terrific that she is happy eating!!!!
Maybe its the parties going on today.
Didn't you say she got some new dresses??
Hope tonight goes just as well for you both.

Oh good grief! What the heck happened in those 4-5hrs I was gone?!?!?!?! ohmygod_smile Kibble alone has never had THIS kind of effect on her. I wonder if a bounce, accompanied by kibble would amplify the effect kibble has..or make the bounce harsher? Did that make sense? :roll:

I dont k now what time she ate it today. The latest would have been just before I got home @ +7. From the data I have collected she should be clearing it in the next hour or so IF in fact she ate it that late. If she ate it earlier, it should have already cleared or be clearing any minute. :YMSIGH: Im delaying pred 1-1.5hrs because last time I gave it @ a preshot like this she spent a cycle in the reds w/an amps in red as well. Im not feeding quite yet either. Will feed with pred. Anything to get her BG down just a little!

She always looks stoned when she skyrockets like this. She has been sleeping since I got home w/little movement.

Crap! I hope she clears whatever this is fast.

Big Olympics night! Maybe I can convince her to be stoned, hung over, and cuddly on the couch with me! cat_pet_icon

PS- I will be okay if this is just a cycle or two...but if it continues like the last month Im going to spazz again!!! :shock: :lol: :shock:

Oh, Latte, whatcha doing? Maybe those blues did make her bounce. So glad she ate for you, and on her own. Might be like us pigging out on chips or cake (or, um, bread products?), stuff you're not really supposed to have but it tastes so good.

P.S. Kibbles and Bits... cute, but not it. : )
