Me too although I can't explain it. I just got a 72 pre-shot for tonight and I chose not to shoot I'm really afraid to.

Now if I understood right, her bg went up indicating that her pancreas is working. I hope so correct me if I'm wrong

Actually her BG should go down about 2-3 hours after eating (as long as there was no other food) if her pancreas was working.
