Boy, I'd be tickled pink, green, blue and any other color if he could go off insulin again. The vet feels that, since he doesn't have any weight to spare, he'll be on insulin the rest of his life. However, we didn't think he would survive the hypo event, we didn't think he'd become insulin sensitive (and still be sensitive 4 years later), and we never dreamed he'd be OTJ for 4 years and 9 months! So, if anyone can pull off a remission and head back to the falls, my money would be on Chuck.

I'll get that +4, then I'm crashing. This was supposed to be my "fun" day, and tomorrow my "cleaning" day, but they're kind of reversed -- I'd really like to get back to my sewing studio and get started on a quilt...
